Delivery and Returns

Delivery and Timing We offer complimentary express shipping for orders up to GBP £50,000. We use a courier or tracked mailing delivery service. Please note that all deliveries will require a signature on delivery.

For orders of pieces that are immediately available, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 Business Days, pending availability and credit card verification. You will receive an estimated date of delivery upon dispatch. Please be aware that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays beyond our control.

For bespoke orders and customised/personalised pieces, these will be made to order by our workshop in Italy upon receiving your order. The timing for the creation of your piece and lead-times will vary, depending on the characteristics of your piece and the recycled elements that we source. Please be aware that our pieces are handcrafted by expert goldsmiths in a small workshop in Italy with meticulous care and attention to detail. We are happy to advise you of the specific lead-times in more detail when you are making your enquiry. Duties For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties and Taxes unpaid. Therefore customers will be contacted by our nominated courier or mailing provider in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Returns If you are unhappy with your online purchase from www.oushaba.com, we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund within 14 days. We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@oushaba.com with details of your online return request.

Please note that this policy does not apply to bespoke goods which are goods that have been to made to order, personalised, or customised in any way. It also does not apply to pieces that have been viewed in person (for example, at a private appointment or event). If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
